Il n'y a que les sociétés à temps illimité qui peuvent être dissoutes par la volonté de l'une des parties ; et cette dissolution n'aura d'effet que par une renonciation faite de bonne foi, et non à contre-temps, notifiée à tous les associés.

Life lesson: You can walk away from an open-ended partnership at will — but only in good faith, not at the worst possible moment, and you must notify everyone.
Notes: Unilateral dissolution of indefinite partnerships: (1) good faith required, (2) not at inopportune time (à contre-temps), (3) notification to all partners. Three conditions for valid withdrawal.
