L'associé qui apporte son industrie, doit compte à la société de tous les gains qu'il a faits par l'espèce d'industrie qu'il a mise dans la société.

Life lesson: If you brought your skill or labor to the partnership, every gain you make through that same skill belongs to the partnership.
Notes: Industry-contributing partner must account for all gains from that industry. Non-compete principle: partnership gets first claim on partner's specialized earnings.
