Les sociétés ne peuvent avoir pour objet qu'une chose licite et l'intérêt commun des parties, qui doivent chacune y apporter ou son industrie, ou de l'argent ou d'autres biens.

Life lesson: A partnership must be for something lawful, serve everyone's interest, and each partner must bring something to the table — labor, money, or goods.
Notes: Partnership requirements: (1) lawful object, (2) common interest, (3) each partner must contribute (industry, money, or property). No passive partnerships without contribution.
