Aucune bête du troupeau, soit du fonds, soit des naissances, ne pourra être mise à la disposition du bailleur, sans le consentement du preneur, qui ne pourra lui-même en disposer sans le consentement du bailleur.

Life lesson: Neither the owner nor the keeper can sell or remove any animal from the herd without the other's consent.
Notes: Mutual consent required for disposition of any herd animal (original stock or offspring). Neither party has unilateral disposal right. Protects shared interest.
