Le preneur profitera seul du travail des animaux donnés de la manière exprimée en l'article 1190 du présent chapitre ; mais les laitages et les naissances se partageront entre lui et le bailleur, bien entendu que ce dernier est obligé de supporter les frais que pourra occasionner l'envoi de sa moitié du laitage.

Life lesson: The keeper gets all the work from the animals, but splits the milk and offspring with the owner — who pays to ship his own share.
Notes: Allocation: keeper → 100% of animal labor; dairy + offspring → 50/50. Lessor bears shipping costs for his share of dairy. Practical division of agricultural benefits.
