Ce contrat ne donne pas d'action en rescision pour cause de lésion.

Life lesson: Unlike a sale, an exchange can't be undone for unfair value — there's no price to measure lésion against.
Notes: No lésion rescission for exchange contracts. Rationale: absence of monetary price makes proportionality assessment impractical.
