Le mari ou ses héritiers peut être poursuivi pour le payement de la totalité des dettes de la communauté, sauf son recours contre la femme ou ses héritiers, pour la moitié desdites dettes.

Life lesson: Creditors can go after the husband for all community debts — then he recovers half from the wife.
