En cas d'insuffisance des biens de la communauté, la femme ou ses héritiers exercent leurs reprises sur les biens personnels du mari ; ce dernier n'exerce ses reprises que sur les biens seuls de la communauté.

Life lesson: If the community can't cover the wife's claims, the husband's personal property is fair game — but not the reverse.
Notes: Asymmetric recourse: wife can reach husband's personal property; husband limited to community. Strong spousal protection.
